Royal Construction came in to do all of our windows and sliding doors. Yotam as the project manager and his team were really great throughout the entire process. Royal Construction took on a large project at our home to install solar panels on a Spanish tile roof. We have been turned down by many companies because it's a tougher job when it comes to Spanish tiling. Royal Construction took on the job and we had zero problems with the roofing that was provided. They took on harder and more tedious work that so many said no to and provided work that came out with a lovely completed roof. As the project progressed we were always able to reach out and get answers to any questions or concerns we had. We appreciate the care and communication we were given during the duration of the project

I started my solar journey through Costco and one of their vendors. After a few scheduling mishaps on their end, I went a different route and contacted Sunpower. I was put me in touch with Yotam and Royal Construction. He and his team made the process seamless from start to finish. I have exactly the amount of panels I need and I’m saving money every month. When the next home project comes up, Yotam and Royal will be my first call.

Our project manager, Batia, was great, very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and professional. Our LADWP bill went from from $300 on average to $11 and our roof is energy efficient which makes our house easier to cool and heat. Overall fantastic experience.

I discovered Royal Construction through Yard Zen. I bought my home in 2019 and one of the selling points was that the front and back yards were a blank canvas. I had some ideas of what I wanted but after meeting with my project manager David Okavi he helped my vision come to life. My original project was my front and back yard. However, because of the exceptional service I received from David and Royal Construction, I decided to paint my home with energy effect paint as well. David and his staff were available to me throughout the entire process. David did everything to ensure I was satisfied with every step of the process and that my was vision was being realized. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Royal Construction helped to make my house my home. I highly recommend David and Royal Construction.

But we went with them since we could see how great their work is from our window on our neighbors’ roof. The scope of our project is similar to our neighbor’s - new roof plus solar. The whole process was truly hassle free. They moved faster than they promised. The roof took like 2 or 3 days and all our neighbors were amazed by the quality and speed. Then the solar was fast and everything moved forward without us pushing. The communication was outstanding, very smooth and they are really patient with us being back and forth on several subjects. We told them that we wanted one more panel before the solar installation and that was done without any issue or delay. All in all, very happy to do business with them.

Royal construction did a big project at my home. From Solar panels, HVAC, attic clean up and insulation, kitchen, flooring and more. I Did not know what to expect in the beginning, after five years fearing how to begin renovation. However, I am very pleased and satisfied with the out come from such a big project. Royal Construction did an amazing job at my house, They replaced all my windows and sliding doors in a perfect way. It was very complicated job as my house is on top of the hill and pointing to the view, so access for the installation was almost impossible and they did it perfectly. We decided to choose Royal Construction for our roof and solar project. We met with them a couple of times and they made sure to give us all the options until they found the best solution for us. If walking into your home feels boring, walk right out of it and call Royal. These guys will make you feel like you're walking into a brand new home. Some walls were knocked down, space feels bigger and the kitchen was renovated, the old bathroom gone. All this and still managed to save close to 20% compared to other quotes from other companies. Upon completion me and my wife couldn’t get enough sleep. We were like little kids contemplating our sand castle. But it was real, our home looked wow, amazing. We couldn’t get enough of it.. People always come over for my cooking. I love having a crowd. Eventually I was told by so many people to open up a YouTube channel on teaching people how to cook. The more I considered it, the more I loved the idea. I had everything I needed except a beautiful kitchen. So i called these guys, Royal Construction as I was referred to them by a close friend. The results were dramatic. I never knew my kitchen could look so good. I get so many compliments from my viewers on my channel and I love it. A chef needs inspiration, and in my opinion it starts with a beautiful kitchen and ends with a good taste of food. You guys are amazing, can’t thank-you enough.

I waited to write this review until I had a summertime power bill, which previously have been outrageously expensive. Living in the San Fernando Valley, summer months obviously mean constant use of the air conditioner. When I met Isaac I was honestly a little skeptical of his guarantees that we'd generate enough energy to avoid any more high electric bills, but he was absolutely right. I just got my power bill for 4 months usage, and it was $38, which is what the DWP charges to have solar. I'm floored. We were paying bills in excess of $800 for 2 months last summer. Isaac was very informative, the company did a great installation job, and the savings speak for themselves. Call these guys and get a quote!

I am a homeowner thinking about the future and future cost of electricity. Star Rating 4.75 out of 5 I decided to consult with Sagi and Royal Family Construction Inc. CSLB# 1082702 about a solar panel system and new roof installation. It was decided the best option for my house was the InvisiMount X-series by SunPower. We got the new roof installed because currently our roof is about on its last leg of its life durability. With that being said, I’m going to give two reviews: one for the roof installation and one for the solar panel installation. Roof Installation: Project Manager/ Sales Manager: Sagi is great when creating a vision of what your home can possibly be in the future. He can bring the Royal team to your home to explain construction, projection, and finances and anything else you might need information on. We hit a couple snag with the roof project, and I will explain this later, however; Sagi was exceedingly kind, understanding and professional. He sends his crew/man to try to fix the problem. Roofing Crew: it is hit or miss. I would have liked a more consistent team. They have somewhat average roofers but one excellent roofer. With this being our home, we want people fixing and renovating our home, who have passion and craftmanship within them. The team were ok, but no passion except for one. Roof: Overall installation of the roof is good (see picture attached). We had rainy days since the install, and I can attest that there are no leaks. The only problem we encounter was the roof shingle siding and caulking. The passionless roofer did not completely nail down the side accent shingles to the roof. Also, crew did not do or did not put enough used per inspector caulking to seal the metal flashings. Since we live in a windy area, the inspector wanted longer nails to applied on the roof. We have five areas we have exposed nails. Sagi is having a person to come out and remedy this issue, let you know if the issue resolved. He is also very responsive when sending his person to do housekeeping when the crew forgets as well as sending someone if you are not satisfied with the work. Solar Panel System: Project Manager and Crew: Very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate. Plug-it In Systems Inc CSLB# 986882 installed our solar panels. The quality of craftmanship is excellent. We were incredibly happy with this team that arrived at our home. Very professional in scheduling crew to come onsite and notifying me about inspectors and Edison coming. Only reminder is to make sure who is turning the breaker on for the solar panel. Electrical Company or Plug-It In? We got PTO but the breaker for the solar panel was off and so the solar panels were not work. Something to check near the end of construction. Solar Panel: Overall the installation looks great, everything is perfectly installed from the rails, wiring, and solar panels. I cannot give an overall rating for how well it works yet but I will update my review in a few months.

I met with 4 different companies for solar, new roof, new hvac and exterior paint. ROYAL CONSTRUCTION was THE BEST. They wasn’t the cheapest but the communication, service and quality of people was unbelievable. I do not remember when I enjoyed from all the process and I’m Highly recommended! (:

I heard about Royal Construction from a friend. I was looking for a good reliable contractor since I’ve been burned in the past. If you do decide to go with Royal, ask for Isaac. He is super professional and he helped make my kitchen project fun. I got assigned with one of their designers who helped me create my dream kitchen, and then they actually built it just like I saw it in the 3D design. Great communication, great prices and great products!

My review is a bit different... I already got solar approximately 9 years ago (from a different company). Much to my surprise, after a few years, the system wasn’t working well, so I called the company only to find out that they closed down and are out of business. I wasn't called, emailed, or sent a letter. They just closed and left me with a broken system and no one to service it. Just to add, this system had a warranty, but because the company closed, that warranty was void. As you can imagine, this was super frustrating and shocking to learn. I started having high bills again. I met with multiple solar companies trying to figure out how to fix my unique situation. Every single solar company that came to my house pushed me to throw away the old system and replace it completely with a new one (from their company, of course), which is quite costly! Then finally, I got in touch with Royal Construction. Thank God I did. Isaac came by and took a quick look at the system. He offered a system check up by one of their engineers to try and fix the existing system before exploring other options, and they DID! They fixed my existing system and helped me install an additional system to help me avoid electrical bills when charging our electrical vehicles. Great company, honest people and amazing customer service!

I have been looking for a solar company for a while. I don't have a standard shingle/tile roof and I had a few companies send me quotes but I didn't feel very confident that they would be able to do a good job without damaging the roof. When a solar specialist from Royal Construction arrived, I told him how anxious I was about the project, and how I was afraid that the roof would be damaged in the process. He showed me a bunch of pictures, videos and information on very similar projects, which really put my mind at ease. Needless to say, they did a great job. They were very professional from beginning to end. They used special equipment to install the system without damaging my roof, which was amazing! I strongly recommend meeting with a solar specialist from Royal before going solar.

When I came across the Royal Family Construction it was as if someone from above heard my prayers. We just got our system on the roof and we are really happy with our decision to go with Royal Construction.
