“Complete remodel of lower level. Was a concrete basement with a walk-out. Now a beautiful full service, recreational level of our home. Added a full service bar with granite counter tops and full appliances. Full bath, bedroom, exercise room and fantastic theatre room. Excellent craftsmanship with crown molding and custom effects.
Also added, large deck and storage room under the deck in back yard. Deck is maintenance tree and beautifully designed to wrap around house with lighting on handrails. Storage room looks as if was part of original build. Perfect match.
We are extremely pleased with the work by Liston Construction!”

“Midtown recently replaced my countertops with granite and installed a backsplash, new sink/faucet, new ceiling lighting and under the cabinet lighting.
They were excellent at explaining what and how their company would do the project. They did not expect anymore than 10% of the entire project cost until it was finished and I was completely satisfied.
Their scheduling was timely and I didn't encounter any "surprises!" Their craftsmanship was excellent. I loved the little touches the backsplash installer made. The suggestions upfront as to where and what kind of lighting I needed to have so that I wouldn't have dimly lit areas was perfect. The template for my countertop/bar area was carefully planned out and as requested there was only ONE seam! Talk about fantastic! It looks so pretty! They did not charge any extra for having a fancier edge put on the countertops.
This project took 3 days and each day the workmen thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I found them to be very professional and personable people.
I am very proud of my new kitchen and everyone who sees it loves it. They are a trustworthy company and the VP that I dealt with most is a Christian and it shows. I appreciate the fact that he did not say anything about his faith or church affiliation, but I could tell he exuded something very special and initiated the conversation about religion.”

“I am an interior design professional and have used Dave for years.
I met him first by helping him with his own home and now he is the only contractor I recommend.
He is extremely knowledgeable and does most of the work himself hiring out subs for electric and plumbing (although he could do this too) !!
Mostly this keeps the cost down as he won't be "supervising" work done as much as doing the work himself.
He is extremely professional, cost conscious and neat on the job.
Probably most importantly he gets it done on time.

“Our experience with Las Aguilas Contracting was a bit unusual, because we had a fairly standard bath converted into a specialty one for a recovering invalid. These folks extended every courtesy for my husband, who had neck surgery. They waited to start full remodeling until all the special equipment was available, allowing full access to the toilet and vanity every night, while converting the bath area into a walk-in shower with fold down bench. A riser for the commode was located, and a vanity with special plumbing, Finally, non-slide tiles were installed across the room. They did a fantastic job--their workmen often working on the week-end, on budget.
We will use them again on our next remodeling project.”
