We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job.
From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted.
The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose.

“Fabio went to our house to install the kitchen tiles and the laminates. His work was perfect in every instance and he actually did much more than he was asked. He knew we had only 3 weeks in total to renovate the entire house and he made sure not only to meet his targets but to also support the other contractors to meet theirs. He helped them to finalize the stairs and the tapping throughout the ceiling and walls. What an amazing result! I completely recommend him!!”

“We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship.
The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that.
We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!”

“Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”
