“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. “I really don't know where to start or end my review. My dream was to live in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. My husband and I found a 100-year-old home that was very small and in need of major remodeling, but it was in the perfect neighborhood. We were hesitant about undergoing such a huge renovation. After meeting with Treasured Spaces we were ecstatic! They listened to our needs and created plans that exceeded our highest expectations! And it gets even better. They were amazing to work with! They turned the plans that we created together into reality. We love our home and the entire process was amazing. So amazing that we've hired Treasured Spaces to come back on several additional jobs...a nursery off our master suite, a deck, finished basement spaces, and more...and that's just in our house that we purchased back in late 2010. “A new bathroom was constructed in the basement of our house. We bid the job out and Elias Construction was chosen. The main reason was he actually listened to what both I and my wife wanted. The estimate process was very detailed along with the timeline of the work. If there were any questions or requests he was easily reached and it was discussed in a timely manner. The construction was actually finished a few days early which gave us the opportunity to insure everything was done to our satisfaction. He not only met but exceeded our expectations and was able to construct the area as we pictured it and even left us more free space than we expected. Based on the work he had done for us I would recommend Elias Construction, LLC.”
