“Total kitchen renovation extending kitchen area by removing the dining room and having an open concept layout to the living room area. Project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Workers are professional and polite. As always in a major renovation project, you will run into some unexpected issues but the company will work with you financially and suggest recommendations to cut out extra costs at the same time overcoming any project issues. I will be hiring them again to do my next bedroom/bathroom renovations. I already have brought them back to extend my wood flooring into my basement.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. “I hired Loar Construction to remodel my kitchen, take out a wall between my formal living room and family room, install new hardwood floors on my entire first floor, steps, and second floor hallway, install new tile floors in my kitchen and two of my bathrooms, along with remodeling my master bathroom, and moving some of my existing doors and windows. “As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house.
