“Carlos’ company just finished the third job for me in three months. You can’t beat the quality, prices, or professionalism of this company! The job was to replace the roof (removing the two layers that were there), replace the soffit, and fix the overhang over the doors. Carlos sent me photo updates every few hours! This was great because I couldn’t see much from any angle on the ground. With his photos I was able to see the old roof layers completely removed, that the plywood was in great shape, how the new roof looked with any venting coming through, etc. He completely rebuilt the overhang over the doors to pitch the roof so water won’t pool there anymore! Above and beyond! I hadn’t realized we would need the next door neighbors to move their vehicles (incase of any falling debris) and to rest the ladders in their driveway.. Carlos spoke to them and explained politely so they had no reservations. He cleaned up every piece of debris and screw/nail from their property and mine (used a magnet to be sure). I have recommended him to all my friends and family!”

“My wife and I hired Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling to build an addition onto the back of our house, which included a new kitchen, family room, patio, mudroom, and other modifications to the interior. From the start, I was very impressed with Keith’s preparedness and diligence. He created a very detailed and transparent budget (approximately 10 pages), which outlined each item to be done and the price. More importantly, his estimate was accurate, and the prices that we agreed to did not change throughout the project. Keith is also very hands-on. He was on-site every day during the project. He is extremely responsive by email and phone, and if I emailed him a question while I was at work, within a very short period of time, I would receive a response. He was also available on weekends to meet with me, which was more convenient for my schedule. The workmanship of Kling Brothers Builders is top notch. Their on-staff carpenters are excellent, and their subcontractors are all superb. I did not have any issues with shoddy work or questionable characters walking around my property or in my house. Keith is very diligent about the “structure” and integrity of the building, and takes pride in how well built and solid the “bones” of the project are. Although I am not a builder myself, you can just tell that something is well put together by looking at it. Keith stresses quality and perfection, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He has access to some of the best craftsmen in the area, and in particular he introduced us to a custom cabinet maker who created a showcase kitchen for us. His other subs, such as the electrician, the plumber, etc., were all personable and flexible. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with Keith Kling. Although my wife and I are reasonable, we also have very high standards. Given the size of our project (to us), we expected top service and attention. Keith came through with flying colors, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout. I have no tolerance for service providers who do not do what they say or make you feel as though you are doing them a favor by giving them your money. Keith is certainly not one of those people. Our project came in on budget, and any additional work that I wanted done was communicated and agreed-to up front. There were no surprises and the communication between Keith and us could not have been better. I give Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling my highest recommendation. I hope to use them again on a future project.”

“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. “John from Loridon was our last bid. From the moment he looked at our plans we knew he was the one for the job. We had total confidence! It was just like the Line- save the best for last! It was a total transformation . We made a contemporary home totally traditional. All his workers were great. We felt like it was white glove service. We also were tarped for 10 days with monsoon rains. But John handled it all perfectly. Him and his team are all extremely talented. Not only did they build us a beautiful home but their detail with azek is beautiful! We are just about to rip out our existing sidewalls on the inside staircase and add a railing and moldings and because it Loridon we have total confidence. We would have total confidence to recommend them for any size job - because it will be aggravation free! Also- John has Diana who is the go to person for all your needs. She is amazing and a real take charge person! We couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and all the workers! My husband was expecting this construction to be a nitemare and it was just the opposite! It was a grea experience Again ... we couldn't be happier! Again- we owe it all to John from Loridon planning and design!”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful!
