Essential Pro Home Improvement did an amazing job. Carlos the owner is very knowledgeable of his field. He did my roof and soffit of my house. He explained the process of the removal and the installation; he sent me pictures of the process of the job, he was very clean and even had a magnet to pick up the nails; my neighbor was so impressed with how the job was done with hat she hired him as well. I can't think of anyone I would rather have work on our home. About a year ago, we had major work done on our house which included: a portico over our front steps, the removal of three layers of shingles on our roof, a new roof, installation of overhangs on our front and back roof complete with under lighting, rebuilding our flat garage roof so it would shed water, replacing our front door, side door, main garage door, and rear garage door, and removal of existing wood siding on our entire house replacing it with vinyl They showed up exactly on time every single workday, were professional, courteous, and cleaned up their work areas at the end of each day. Carlos was a joy to work with and after many disappointing experiences with contractors in the past, he was definitely "a breath of fresh air."

Carlos’ company just finished the third job for me in three months. You can’t beat the quality, prices, or professionalism of this company! The job was to replace the roof (removing the two layers that were there), replace the soffit, and fix the overhang over the doors. Carlos sent me photo updates every few hours! This was great because I couldn’t see much from any angle on the ground. With his photos I was able to see the old roof layers completely removed, that the plywood was in great shape, how the new roof looked with any venting coming through, etc. He completely rebuilt the overhang over the doors to pitch the roof so water won’t pool there anymore! Above and beyond! I hadn’t realized we would need the next door neighbors to move their vehicles (incase of any falling debris) and to rest the ladders in their driveway.. Carlos spoke to them and explained politely so they had no reservations. He cleaned up every piece of debris and screw/nail from their property and mine (used a magnet to be sure). I have recommended him to all my friends and family!
