Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Cal Green completely remodeled my bathrooms, updated lighting, a kitchen update and updated doors throughout my home. From the first meeting Shai listened carefully to my thoughts as I shaped my thinking and decisions relative to the remodel and provided a timely estimate, answered my many questions, had a project plan, and had a great team. I would encourage anyone to check out Cal Green Remodeling. They exceeded all my expectations when they constructed our new 900sqf ADU! Construction can be stressful, but Shai made the process easy. He was extremely hands-on for the duration of my remodel. He made frequent visits and made sure we were always on schedule. The crew was skillful and respected my home by cleaning up every day. I couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a true pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend Cal Green Remodeling to anyone.”

The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! “Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “We contacted SunLife Windows to replace our windows and patio sliding doors. They were very fast to respond to our email and a salesperson came to us the following day. He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. We're very happy with these beautiful windows and their service.”

“We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”
