“I was looking for a contractor to replace kitchen cupboard doors and do some upgrading. Right from the first interview I was impressed by Anselm's work background, personality and attitude. He also inspired a level of confidence, that I later found was right on! We couldn't have been more pleased with the end result , the quality of the work and the reasonable cost basis. Real quality! “We had a room finished with a closet being built from scratch, flooring being laid and all finishings completed as well as some other areas of our home being fixed up. We were absolutely thrilled with every part of our reno from exceptional communication, timing, amazing work, pricing, flexibility and such great work ethic and very nice people to work with. They took the time and answered all my questions, helped me plan what I was looking for and gave me options. I absolutely loved this company and will use them again. I absolutely recommend.”

“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

Held back 1 star because we had some trouble with the initial painters which resulted in the job taking longer than it should have, but Erik sent in another team to make sure we were happy with the end result. “We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”
