We hired Kavaleer Homes and Renovations for our bathroom and lower level remodel of our rental home last year. We were absolutely blown away by their work! Their team is professional, hardworking, honest and reliable. The communication with Kyle was fantastic and we never felt stressed once during the whole remodel. The final result was beyond our hopes and completed in a really great timeframe too. Kyle went above and beyond for us, we are so happy. We can't recommend them enough!

Thank-you for the review Nicole! I'm glad we could find the source of the water leak and repair the roof/chimney and the rooms that were affected. Removing the wood burning fireplace and insulating the wall properly was a smart move because of the liability aspect as a rental property. Remodeling during covid can be a challenge so I am happy to hear it was stress free! Best wishes!

Legal Suite - Walk Out Conversion

We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.
