“We hired J&M Construction through a recommendation for a major renovation including kitchen, extension, open concept main floor, windows etc. I was a very nervous, picky, involved homeowner that always spoke my mind and wasn’t afraid to let them know if I was unhappy or didn’t like something. They assured me they would do their best work and they did!!! Did not disappoint.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“I recently completed a kitchen project in Burington, On for a client of Wish List Home Improvements. Wish looked after the contracting side of things and we "Povey Custom Wood Working Inc." looked after the kitchen design, manufacturing and installation. The client was very happy indeed! However, what's not always noted or acknowledged through these reviews is the success and or the way in which our trades work together. I truly believe that a completed project will only be as good as every single component or each individual's input or service. This being said, the success of this completed project was in fact the result of not only outstanding trades and skills from Wish List Home Improvements but his and his trades ability to work professionally, efficiently and with the up most respect for each other and of course our client! I can think of not a single reason for not recommending Wish List Home improvements and there associated trades. I would happily work with Wish's team, in fact, I look forward to it! “Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . “Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Mike does an amazing job! He demoed and reframed our basement. He framed and put up my Mom's garage. He has gutted my Mom's basement. Started from scratch and has done a beautiful transformation. “Omar and his crew did a great work to repair the water damage in my bathrooms. Hard working, professional, friendly, and always thinking from client perspectives. They stayed up front and answered my questions patiently. Beside the excellent repairing work, they also make sure my furniture/appliances were fully protected and covered during the work, and cleaned up carefully after work. I will hire omar again in the future and also highly recommend them to everyone who wants a great contractor team.”
