“We hired this company for a complete bathroom remodel in 2017. They were professional, organized and very easy to work with. Our neighbor had her bathroom remodeled with mold and cracked floor tiles. We have had no problems. The floor and shower tile work show their commitment to high quality, skill and integrity in their work. Recently we hired this company again for a full kitchen and another bathroom remodel; both with tile and cabinet challenges. The completed projects were beyond our expectation. Attention to detail, skill and competence were evident. The company checked in with details and suggestions. Actually, saving us a costly mistake by the cabinet company. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. He and Ami are a power team...they genuinely care about their clients and providing not only excellent work and craftsmanship, but a top notch customer service experience! Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally.
