We recently worked with Hi Hat on a project that included kitchen remodeling, some custom built-in cabinetry, and hardwood floor refinishing. We are so pleased with how everything turned out! Ami from Hi Hat is great to work with - she does a great job of communicating what is happening at each step and is always willing to help figure out the best solution to make sure you're happy with the outcome. Every project will hit some bumps along the way and what is important is how your contractors react when stuff happens -- Ami and team made sure that all work was done great even when it meant redoing some work. Our project wasn't huge, but the commitment and partnership Hi Hat offered made us feel like it was their most important project. Our house is old and some of what we were looking to achieve took creativity, problem-solving and real craftsmanship to get right and they succeeded. To top it off, at the end of the project, Hi Hat gave us a custom-made cushion with perfect colors to fit the bench they created for us -- an unexpected gift that definitely wasn't in scope! We definitely recommend Hi Hat!

I just finished working with Hi Hat remodeling to refinish my hardwood floors that were pretty worn out. Ami came out promptly and explained very well the options I had for refinishing my floors. Some sections needed to be replaced and Ami got me a detailed quote within a day and answered questions to my satisfaction. Her team started the job on the day they we agreed on and finished it on time. The refinished floors looked amazing. I would hire Ami and her team again for any more wood refinishing work. The prices were fair and reasonable.

We just had our hardwood floors refinished and couldn't be happier with the result. Ami Watson of Hi Hat Remodeling is a true pleasure to work with. She kept us informed all along and was very responsive and helpful. Her wonderful design sense helped us decide the finish that would work best for our space. And her pricing is right as she doesn't have the overhead of a storefront, so that she can be more competitive. I couldn't have been happier with Ruslan, the refinisher; he was meticulous in his work, accommodating, and kept us informed. The floors look amazing. I highly recommend Hi Hat Remodeling for anyone looking to redo your floors, put in new flooring, or need a bath or kitchen remodel; Ami and Patrick are real pros and will ensure you are well taken care of!

I am so pleased with Hi Hat Remodeling! I live out of the area and needed re-carpeting to prepare my condo for sale. A relative suggested I call Ami Watson. From my first contact with her, the process was efficient and responsive to my needs. Ami inspected the condo herself and noticed an odor and a remedy. I needed her expertise to help choose a carpet style and color; she mailed me samples of her top recommendations and her top suggestion was perfect. Not having done this sort of work for quite awhile, I didn’t know what to expect cost-wise. I had another estimate from a Seattle-area carpet store, and quickly realized Hi Hat was at least competitive if not cheaper, for better and more personalized help. The invoices are itemized, payments online are easy. I couldn’t be more pleased! My highest recommendation.

Absolutely wonderful to work with Hi Hat Remodeling. Patrick and Ami are knowledgable, thorough and honest. We had a total home remodel including kitchen, two bathrooms, new windows, hardwood floor refinishing, lighting, tile and carpet installation. Many things can change during a remodel and they were always ready to help and find a solution. They definitely helped decrease the stress of remodeling for us. The bids for remodeling were right on the mark. They also have a great crew that works with them and we were never worried about having them in our home. What started out as a very stressful remodeling project became much more enjoyable after working with Patrick and Ami. In the end, the remodel was even more beautiful than we imagined. We are now on to our second project with Hi Hat Remodeling and are looking forward to working with them again and having a gorgeous, new bathroom. We're very happy to recommend Hi Hat Remodeling!

Patrick did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel! He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. He and Ami are a power team...they genuinely care about their clients and providing not only excellent work and craftsmanship, but a top notch customer service experience! I get so many compliments on my kitchen thanks to Hi Hat!
