“Our garage addition started off terribly with another contractor doing a very poor job leveling the foundation walls for the garage. Then 8Fold Contracting came and were able to masterfully work around the mistakes the concrete guys made and built a beautiful garage addition that looks original to the house. I am very particular with how I want things done and Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I are so pleased with the job that they did that we have recently contacted them to discuss another renovation project we are hoping they can help us with. Our only regret is not knowing about 8Fold Contracting in time to hire them to do the entire garage addition. We would highly recommend 8fold for any project you may have.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

The price was right, the staff was friendly and Charles did an amazing job working within my budget. If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would, but it only allows 5 stars. “We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We were looking for a contractor for my house in north York ON and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine who hired meraki home services before and they were very satisfied. But I was not sure so I kept looking for others but I encountered this company from on line as well. So I thought we are meant be and hired. Jumping to conclusion we are very happy with his work through out my entire house. We spent like almost 150 k and I love his quality work. He was honest and very proud of his work. We did a long opening removing structural wall in kitchen and his architectural study background got us a lot of knowledge of load bearing walls. We did proper renovation. I strongly recommend this company meraki home services. Enoch Kim is the one of the best guy in Toronto contractors”
