“Had an A+, 5-star experience. Wanted built in book shelves (and library ladder!) for a home library and spoke to a couple folks who didn't seem motivated. Called Ngrained Woodworks and they were on site in a couple days to take measurements. He got me designs in about a week, and made changes instantaneously. Stayed in good contact throughout the process. He visited again to confirm that we'd get a stain match to the existing wood work. Strong attention to detail! On install day, I didn't want to see any of it in progress - I just wanted to be wowed by the final product. Mission accomplished. It looks exactly as I had hoped and meets every expectation. If you need me I'll be reading books and dozing off in the new home library. If you need wooden decorations, fencing, or fine carpentry - get a hold of Ngrained Woodworks.”

“I found Organic Recreations as the farmhouse style was just gaining popularity. Akin to most people, I jumped on this bandwagon. I was primarily concerned with the appearance of my dining set than its quality. My initial thought was to have the dining set until the style fades away and replace it later with something that matches the trend. Little did I know that Chrissie and Jay would change my perspective on that. Our farmhouse table and 2 benches along with our coffee and end tables are unquestionably classic and timeless. Their work is unparalleled and simply screams quality! “Derek did an absolutely amazing job on two custom built-in jobs in our home. We had him install a home office (cabinets, a desk and open shelving) and storage in a children's play area (window seat, open shelving and cabinets). He worked with us to stay within our budget without sacrificing quality or craftsmanship. He obviously takes great pride in his work, and it shows. He does not take any short-cuts, and the pieces were clearly built to last. He even thought about little details I hadn't -- like reinforcing the drawers in the built-in window seat in case my two children were to push down on them while they were open. I cannot say enough good things about Derek and the quality of his work. If I ever have any other woodworking projects, I would hire him again in a second!”

“We had a custom master closet designed and installed. Beyond expectations! Check out the drawers! The drawers are dovetail constructed drawers! Kathy patiently worked with us through several design changes until we found the best design for our needs and space. You are always a little anxious when all you have to go on is an on-line drawing of the proposed design and construction. However, the finished product exceeded all expectations. Beautiful! The quality of the product was better than other national brands, which we have in other bedrooms. Check out the drawers! The installation team of Tony and Su were very courteous and so detailed, making sure every piece was level and fit the space perfectly, even when the walls were not perfect. From the moment they arrived at our home, they took off their shoes and put down floor coverings so none of their equipment or materials got on the carpeting, which was brand new. We are thrilled with our closet and the entire experience.”

“I gave Gary a photo of a door I wanted. He reviewed the details, materials, and stain with me. He measured and we discussed the sidelights, type of glass, storm door, etc. He built an absolutely beautiful front door and storm door that matches the 1922 period of the house. We had a home showcase and he had the door in my the deadline along with a new house number overhead to compliment the door. Its a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.”
