Nick did an outstanding job building a custom shelving unit to hold the handcrafted birdhouses my husband and I do. He was responsive from the get-go. He came out, did some drawings, and converted them into what we pictured - even better than we pictured. The added lighting touch really completed the project. So very happy.

Nick with Ngrained Woodworks has been such a value to us. His experience, and gentle nature in working with us on our strengthening the wall stair handrails due to safety needs as well as updating the appearance of other areas of stair rail. His focus on our needs was 1st on his agenda. We look forward to doing our first project, in addition to others.

Had an A+, 5-star experience. Wanted built in book shelves (and library ladder!) for a home library and spoke to a couple folks who didn't seem motivated. Called Ngrained Woodworks and they were on site in a couple days to take measurements. He got me designs in about a week, and made changes instantaneously. Stayed in good contact throughout the process. He visited again to confirm that we'd get a stain match to the existing wood work. Strong attention to detail! On install day, I didn't want to see any of it in progress - I just wanted to be wowed by the final product. Mission accomplished. It looks exactly as I had hoped and meets every expectation. If you need me I'll be reading books and dozing off in the new home library. If you need wooden decorations, fencing, or fine carpentry - get a hold of Ngrained Woodworks.
