“I found Klaus Thorsen through various local web sites with high recommendation. I needed some special shelving units and cupboards to be built in my study. The space was complex due to it being in a loft extension and my requirements were very specific. Klaus took my very rough drawings and measured up perfectly to adapt this to the actual space. The quality of his work was perfect and I am delighted with the result. As important was his attitude, which including being punctual almost to the second, being excellent to work with, ensuring not a speck of dust remained after he had finished and keeping perfectly to schedule. Indeed the only problem is that Klaus is booked up for several months in advance!! I would HIGHLY recommend him”

“Maks installed our entire bespoke kitchen, he also designed and constructed bench seating around bay windows and a marvellous tv cabinet. We were very happy with the professionalism showed by Maks in the time he took to get things just how we wanted, he was very patient with us fussy customers, he did a stand up job and charged us fairly. We highly recommend Maks and will be asking him back when we think of more work for him! Thanks Maks! -Johnny”

A really customer focused company, the communication and the design process was very easy from the beginning. We discussed every little detail and their contemporary design ideas were just what I was looking for. Overall, I am completely satiesfied with their work. “I had two wardrobes installed and some shelving made. Jonathan at Refined Trades provided a excellent service. The wardrobes were bespoke and built to a high quality, the price was competitive too. Communication through out was good and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with end result.. Highly recommend.”

“I am glad that I chose Clive Anderson, out of three others, for the job. I now have a set of beautiful, well made, good quality wardrobes, all for a good price.
