“I just hired Jacob to solve a problem that several other tile contractors could not fix. The shower in my guest bathroom wasn't draining properly due to the fact that the original shower floor was improperly installed (not enough slope, weep holes had been blocked, etc.). The other quotes I received from contractors were not only significantly higher than the one I got from Jacob, but required more time and additional investment ($!) in materials. Jacob did not merely replace the tile floor. He tested for leaks (even explored my crawlspace), fixed the drainage problem, did a beautiful job of installing the river rock tile (no seams whatsoever), and went the extra mile to diligently protect everything he touched. He has years of training and experience, takes great pride in his work, and is humble, reliable and trustworthy. Jacob is an independent licensed, fully bonded contractor and a true craftsman.”

“We are wrapping up a large remodel job in which Fern Tile Company played a large role. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they performed in our home. The guys are professional and easy to work with. They navigated the persnickety tile supply shop from which we bought our tile. This tile supply shop tried to make life difficult for the Fern tile setters, but these guys were too professional to fall for the traps. I really felt like the Fern crew advocated for us, then came to our home ready to make things look extraordinary. Good job, guys! I would highly recommend them...and use them in the future!”

“Jeff spent several days at my home in Danville working on three bathrooms and our kitchen. Our biggest problem was a large moldy shower enclosure in the master bath. Jeff removed the old moldy grout and cleaned the tile, regrouted with a perfect color match, recaulked the entire enclosure, and sealed everything with two coats of sealer. The job site was immaculate at all times. Jeff was incredibly professional and patient with my young children throughout the process. The job exceeded our expectations and now - months later - it is still as beautiful and clean as the day he finished. He also cleaned, caulked, and sealed two other shower enclosures for preventative maintenance. We also had Jeff remove and replace old dirty/moldy caulking at backsplashes and undermount sinks throughout the house. We have been at this home for a year and have used numerous contractors for improvements throughout. Jeff is absolutely at the top of the list for results and professionalism. The price was great as well. I highly recommend New Look Grout.”

“Zachary was great. He totally got what it was I was trying to accomplish in my tiny galley kitchen. I live in a SF Mission apartment with a great layout EXCEPT the kitchen prep area. For 20 years I've fought with myself for counter space before I decided to do something about it. Zach saw my vision, executed it perfectly and a year later it still hold more than strong. I'm so glad I finally found someone that could help me with my small but specific project. It has made all the difference in the world.”
