“We came across Tileworx unexpectedly as during our renovations we ran into a situation where we needed our kitchen floor tiled very quickly. We called Tileworx and explained the situation. They were fortunately able to squeeze us in. We were pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the whole situation. They were punctual, professional, precise and personable. They offered their ideas based on their experiences however they did not try to persuade you, they were patient and very willing to listen and work with you to achieve our desired look. “We had bought tile from them during our original home renovation but I totally forgot about them I initially found them, for a second time here on Houzz. I went through their showroom and the rep walked me through different options for our project, a fireplace upgrade. He introduced be to all the products and based on his advice we went with an engineered ceramic carrera marble look-a-like. It was awesome. They also honored the designer discount which was already on our account from our home renovation. They are not the cheapest but you'll be happy about the result.”

“We'd had a bad experience with a general contractor who built a new ensuite shower that ended up leaking because they'd punctured the membrane; they rebuilt it halfway and then abandoned us. Andrew came to the rescue with a beautiful retiling of the shower. He was very precise about correcting a poor slope on the floor and helped us with figuring out how to tile the bench in a better way than before (which had led to the leak). It looks gorgeous. He was tidy, punctual, polite and pleasant, and got the job completed in a very efficient way. We'd be pleased to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a beautiful, professional job with minimal hassle!”
