They were very friendly and helpful on every visit and went out of their way to accommodate us with a smile. We found a gorgeous piece of Cosmic Black granite that we loved, but there was one large orange spot that we wanted to avoid. They allowed us to come in and choose exactly how and where the granite would be laid out in the kitchen. The man who helped us (Chris) even gave his suggestions for what would show off the natural beauty of the stone in the best spots of the kitchen. “Wainwright installed ceramic tile in the downstairs powder room. The room was gutted and they took out the old toilet and vanity and installed the new toilet, vanity, faucets and connected the plumbing. The new vanity required a lot of drawer adjusting which they did very well. They also installed the new towel rack and toilet paper holder. All work was done very well! And the quality and clean-up were wonderful”

“An estimate request was promptly given in the home. Project was scheduled at my convenience. Installer was competent but seemed to be rushing and overlooked some areas when grouting. I had to notify the business twice after the initial installation to have the installer come out to re-grout areas that had been missed. In retrospect, I wish the owner had visited the job after the first installer visit to check the installation job. Then he could have dealt with these issues with the installer and I would not have been involved interfacing with the installer so much. The finished job is beautiful.”
