We found a gorgeous piece of Cosmic Black granite that we loved, but there was one large orange spot that we wanted to avoid. “An estimate request was promptly given in the home. Project was scheduled at my convenience. Installer was competent but seemed to be rushing and overlooked some areas when grouting. I had to notify the business twice after the initial installation to have the installer come out to re-grout areas that had been missed. In retrospect, I wish the owner had visited the job after the first installer visit to check the installation job. Then he could have dealt with these issues with the installer and I would not have been involved interfacing with the installer so much. The finished job is beautiful.”
