“Having never built a home before, I had no idea what to expect. I quickly learned that an architect is the person who takes all of those ambiguous ideas that float around in your head and turns them into an executable plan. I have no idea how Meyer was able to do it but the vision we had but didn't know how to articulate, became reality. He delivered the plans and I had a moment of shock when I thought, "yes!!! That is exactly what I was thinking". I guess my point is, I was no just happy with Meyers but rather THRILLED! He turned our dream house idea into a real tangible picture and plan!”

“Stephen Smith designed a waterfront home for my wife and me in Boca Grande, Fl. On a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the highest mark, we give him a 10. His services produced a one of a kind classic island design that is extremely functional. The comprehensive plans enables us to effectively hard bid the project. After interviewing other qualified architects for the job, it became quite clear that Stephen's plans provided attention to detail like no other architect. Our contractor enjoyed working with Stephen on the project. We simply loved working with him and his ultimate work product.”

“Tom Szumlic designed a wonderful house that has served us very well for the past twenty-two years. He was a great listener during the planning stages, was patient with a perfectionistic client, and came up with a functional, beautiful house for our family. We get lots of compliments and notes through our mail slot from people wanting to buy if it should ever be available, which is always nice! Frequently I think about humorous things Tom said during the planning and building, and I remember what a special experience it was. Actually, the rubber met the road recently when I had to replace a column in the breezeway that had sunk, and the contractor wondered if the foundation had failed. We pulled out the plans and saw that Tom, in his wisdom, had reinforced that area with extra concrete, so we knew we were probably only dealing with some 22-year-old rotten wood. It was an easy fix, and I was reminded once again how blessed we were to have been able to work with Tom.”
