Tampa's Sustainable Architectural Design + Build Firm

Luttrell Architecture is a full service architecture + interior design firm with a conscious dedication to sustainability. Our staff of licensed design professionals have had the pleasure of working on nearly all project types. From 30+ story highrise condominiums, to airports, and yes single-family residential custom homes, we have done it. We are a small boutique firm of 5 with a partner architecture firm for the larger projects. We are also a consulting industrial designer for one of the planet's top watch companies. Additionally, we still surf. A little about Shaun: With a background in both construction management and architecture, Shaun offers a unique perspective to the building process. Keeping his finger on the pulse of building trends and technology, Shaun is a strong advocate for sustainable design and construction. Elegance is never overshadowed by environmental stewardship, at least not to the naked eye. His focus on design, implementation, sustainability, and energy conservation allows Luttrell Architecture to create and manage buildings that will greatly outlast the typical Americanized building life-cycle.
