“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. “We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off. Its now some eight years since we had the extension done and still very much appreciated the input we had from the architects. The rear extension in brief consisted of a approx 6m x 4m single story extension, with tiled roof , velux windows and Bi-fold doors across the rear to open up onto hard wood decking. I would recommend Home Architecture if you are considering building works small or large.”

He came up with some great ideas and the finished project has transformed our home- we are very happy. We only had a limited budget and Anthony helped to make sure we stayed within our budget, making suggestions that would save us money along the way. “Absolute Architecture was a joy to work with. Kate Cooper and her team worked with a tiny, decrepit home, large garden and stables from 1908 and turned the property into a show piece. They were sympathetic to the original design and area while making the home user friendly and comfortable for contemporary residents. They were knowledgeable about the many local laws and guidelines and used the best local craftsmen for the renovation and addition, all in a timely, warm manner. We are so proud of our lovely home; it came out truly beautiful. Thank you Kate!”

“My property has been enhanced considerably by buildings designed by Studio Four Point Ten. My new summer house/cabin, greenhouse and carport have been met with universal approval from everyone, usually eliciting a “wow” on first sight. The buildings combine style with practicality. They are gifted designers with flair and an unfailing eye for detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Studio Four Point Ten.”
