“I took proud ownership of my new extension to my house this morning and would like to thank JEA for putting up with all my questions and changes I made throughout the project. Their patience and service is top quality and the finished product far exceeds my original ideas. I would thoroughly recommend them for any project or new build you have in mind as their expertise and knowledge is second to none and they have great contacts in the building trade. If I ever decide to build a new build or extend again onto my current house I will be using these guys.”

“We wanted to make more space in our house and make the space we had more liveable in. Although our house was quite traditional we wanted to modernise it too. We also wanted help with designing the outdoor space. David was really creative and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. He had great practical advice in relation to the kitchen and dealt effectively with any build or installation issues that arose. We had not used an architect before but found David's input to be invaluable. I would highly recommend David Cullen for his thoroughness, attention to detail, creativity and fantastastic, practical design ideas.”

“We worked with Josh to design and project manage an extension to our 1930s house in Dublin 7. It included demolishing our old kitchen and lean-to sheds, and building a new kitchen/dining room with a downstairs bathroom / utility room. Beforehand we visited several clients in the local area who had positive experiences with House Architects. The pricing structure was very clear. Josh was a pleasure to work with, and unflappable, which is always very reassuring. Once we had designs we were happy with, he worked to put the project out to tender and managed the relationship and the payments to the builder. This was the most valuable aspect for us. Particularly towards the end of the project, there were probably issues where we would have let the builder cut corners, but it was great to have Josh there to hold the line and ensure the project was completed to specification. We've been living with our extension for 18 months now and we're delighted with it - it's transformed the way we use the house and the garden.”

“We have worked with both Gareth and Seamus on separate projects. They have both been exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Skilled, knowledgeable, talented architects but above all, a couple of nice, reasonable guys. They have both provided very clear and unambiguous drawings and specifications and have managed the contractor-client relationships extremely well. The projects got finished and we all parted ways as friends - that's saying something! We would highly recommend this practice to home owners and contractors (or should we be encouraging competition?!?) equally.”
