She listened to all of our needs, and implemented every design element we wanted. To this day, I continue to receive many complements on the redesign, along with requests for her information! He helped us to rethink the raw space and to think about how we could modernize the spaces so they would better work for our situation long term. He also added several clever and beautiful elements, such as lighting, that subtly spoke to our heritage and religion while updating the interiors.”

“We met with two plan designers before meeting with Mr. Skinner. After just a few minutes with him, we knew we had found the one that would design our home. He took my ideas from a few things I had on paper and in a couple of days we had our design. He saw our vision very well and made use of every inch of space. I had some unusual things, one being a middle of the room fireplace, and he made it work so well while also merging the two different styles of my husband and myself. There was no "We can have these to you in a month or so", it was less than 1 week! We are now about 4 weeks to move in day and I couldn't be happier with our new home. Thank you, Mr. Skinner!”

“My husband and I consulted with Tim Barron on a renovation/addition for our home. Tim answered all of our questions and discussed several options for the renovation/addition. He solved problems we couldn't figure out on our own. For example, he suggested moving a wall to avoid having a hallway we didn't want. He also sketched a window design that would allow more natural light to flow into our home. While we ultimately decided it was best to purchase a new home, we have no doubt his design would have exceeded our expectations. If we ever need an architect, Tim will be the first person we call.”
