“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

I have used CAD UP to produce technical detail drawings for my business since 2010 and have always been happy with the service they provide. The drawings are produced with meticulous detail and are presented clearly. Their costs are reasonable and go out of their way to meet deadlines. “Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

“Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”
