“Modulus saved us! We remodeled our home to sell at the end of the pandemic - in the midst of supply shortages and melting down of construction companies across the city. Christian and his team were incredibly organized and communicative, it was amazing that they were able to stick to our planned budget and timeline despite a lot of unforeseen issues. They saved us a ton of headaches and money and stress, and the final work was perfect. (I contracted with Carrie and the design team again in 2023 for an office remodel and again - couldn't be happier. We get compliments every day on our beautiful new space.) Remodeling is stressful - but I wouldn't hesitate to hire Modulus again. Truly top notch.”
