“We worked with Leaf Design Associates at the suggestion of our builder. The entire experience was a pleasure. We were very clear about what we wanted and Richard was able to translate our wish list into two different sets of drawings and a third suggesting things we had not thought of and a re-design of our kitchen. In the end, we mixed and matched to come up with a final set of plans, including a new kitchen and are thrilled that we did. This was a redesign/addition to a historic home. Richard worked upfront with our builder and excavator to make sure the design worked within the restrictions set by the Historical Commission. The plans were approved by the Commission on first pass and they noted how pleased they were that the addition looked like it belonged on the original house. Overall, an excellent experience and we highly recommend Leaf Design Associates.”

“I can't say enough about Eric. I have been a top producing Real Estate Broker in Boston and North Shore Communities for nearly a decade now. I have met countless people in the industry and most enter your brain and exit just as fast. From the minute I met Eric I new this would be one guy that I would never forgot. Eric is a true professional, but beyond that, being an architect is something that I feel he was born to do. He has such a fine eye for details and his visions are off the charts. I brought him in for a large renovation last Fall in Winchester, MA. The client I had just sold this house to already had an architect and had some preliminary drawings already prepared. However, she agreed to meet with Eric and after just one visit she was blown away with his ideas and creativity! “Aaron worked with us over a multi-month, fairly extensive renovation of the top floor, roof deck, and interior stairs of our condo. I highly recommend anyone considering working with Aaron Weinert and his team. Aaron is smart, thoughtful, and listens well. He knows the South End of Boston extremely well and was able to execute a design that struck a wonderful balance between a clean, contemporary open design and one that also respects the heritage of the older building and neighborhood in which our unit resides. Aaron also understands the permitting process with the Boston Landmarks Commission, which can be quite tricky when altering the outside of a historic building, and was able to smoothly shepherd us through without a hitch.”
