The team was our one stop shop to help us balance the needs and final chance to get it right, as critical plan budget restraints were necessary due to repeated insurance recovery disappointments. The Team is one of the very best experiences with getting a custom building job on track, on time, within budget. The most important reflection of the experience was complete early communication and finalization of needs and wants. “I would like to compliment Architect George Loza for my Nashville TN home project which involved a complete new Kitchen, Dining area, as well as renovations and rear additions to the Master Bedroom/Bathroom and a Loft dormer. I had notions of what I wanted, but the designers I approached did not "get it". Then working with George made my vision a reality. George brought up many wonderful ideas on how to give me what I was dreaming of. His technical drawings also went in to great detail that allowed costs to be easily determined. George was also able to recommend contractors and readily secure permits. I recommend Loza Architecture wholeheartedly.”

“We were devastated when Super Storm Sandy damaged our home but Bruce was there from day one for us. He walked us through the process one step at a time and was a tremendous asset. Bruce did not stop his efforts with the architectural design, he helped with planning, explaining the construction process and what to expect from our builder. As he said more than once, "you have to scramble a few eggs to make an omelet." Well we ended up with a beautiful omelet, largely due to his efforts.”
