Our family used Loza Architecture to help us reimagine the structural design of our duplex style house into appearing and operating as a large one family home. The new iteration is fully functional and family friendly while managing to maintain the value of the individual units should we chose to sell one or both in the future. The beauty of the design is appreciated on the exterior but the ingenuity of the idea is most appreciated in our daily living and during large family gatherings, where we can all be together. Working with George was a pleasure, he listened to our objectives and combined those with his years of experience to create the plans for what became our dream home. We would highly recommend Loza Architecture and look forward to working with them again.

When my home was severely damaged in Hurricane Sandy, George Loza was one of the first professionals I contacted, right after my builder. After some preliminary discussions with my builder and George, I decided that repairing my old home was not the best solution. After deciding that a new home was the way to go, I hired George first, even before my builder, who is a friend that I have known over forty years. George was professional yet friendly, listened to my ideas and made great suggestions. His fees were reasonable, his designs were excellent and incorporated my ideas perfectly. All parts of the Design Phase timeline were reasonable and met on time. Any changes that arose during design phase were made quickly and the result was that the designs sailed though plan review. The whole Design Phase was enjoyable and completed on time and within the budget. As an added benefit, because of George’s relations with the community, he was also able to refer me to available assistance programs that were being offered at the time.

I would like to compliment Architect George Loza for my Nashville TN home project which involved a complete new Kitchen, Dining area, as well as renovations and rear additions to the Master Bedroom/Bathroom and a Loft dormer. I had notions of what I wanted, but the designers I approached did not "get it". Then working with George made my vision a reality. George brought up many wonderful ideas on how to give me what I was dreaming of. His technical drawings also went in to great detail that allowed costs to be easily determined. George was also able to recommend contractors and readily secure permits. I recommend Loza Architecture wholeheartedly.
