The were efficient, informative, and after listening to the design perimeters came up with a design that allowed for kitchenette, bathroom, office area, and meeting area. The kept me informed throughout the design and permit process. I would highly recommend.”

“Pete Lugo, working with Kinetic Partners, used his creative architectural expertise to design a warm yet contemporary Italian farmhouse for us by carefully listening to our ideas and thoughts, which were totally unique to the traditional Tuscan style. We met once and provided pictures and ideas of floor plans and he listened carefully to ensure we incorporated our personal needs and desired. Although the we expected the process to take quite some time, we were shocked when he came back the first time with an architectural plan of our dreams. He was open to new materials and concepts, varying ceiling heighths, and ensuring the plan would allow us to live comfortsbly, including grandchildren and dogs! We are now on the current cover of Luxery Home Magazine.”

“The principal architects, Kurt and Kristi, are not only extremely talented in architecture and design, but pay strict attention to what it is that the clients wish in their home or commercial project. So often architects are not adaptable but these folks are. They also make a genuine effort to stay within budget though that is so difficult to control with costs bouncing all over the place and clients changing their minds during construction. For character and ability, I whole heartedly recommend MWA.”

“This was a residential renovation of and addition to an older house with good bones that had not been well maintained and had been subjected to several DIY projects that appeared to be beyond the capabilities of those who did them. Kurt's design solutions both suited our taste and were consistent with the original style and design of the house. In particular, he suggested a limited number of minor touches (pass throughs, moving a dividing wall) that quite cost effectively opened up the house and made it much more livable, but also was true to its original design and incorporated its positive features. His design of the new and expand master suite used existing elements to create a vastly improved layout. Kurt offered solutions that enabled us to obtain quick permitting. He supervised construction which was significantly closer to budget and on schedule than other neighborhood projects. He was very responsive when field conditions required adaptations to original plans, and devised solutions that kept costs increases of the project reasonable. He was a pleasure to work with and made what is often a very stressful process a very positive experience.”
