“We hired Brad to design a spec house for us in Rye, NY. As an Architect myself, I was extremely happy with the quality of work produced and the communication between us. It was a pleasure to work with Brad, and his understanding of our needs and requirements was second to none. Brad listened well to our needs and was able to efficiently express them in graphic form, & he always worked in an organized & professional manner. He was always easily available by phone & email, always returning my calls & emails promptly. The construction drawings were done to be within our construction budget, & when changes were made he was gracious & fair with regard to fees for extra services. He also helped us in selecting materials, & we were happy with those selections & the variety as well. While we haven't started construction yet, on past projects he was always accessible and able to clarify field conditions and changes by clients. “Todd and I worked together for over five years on a painstaking historic restoration and renovation of my 1842 row house in Greenwich Village (NYC). I have nothing but the highest regard for him and would recommend him to anyone, whether they are doing a project similar to mine or completely different. Todd is smart, knowledgeable, conscientious, and a great collaborator. “Titus Built renovated a large portion of my basement. The job included blasting through a wall that gave access to my backyard, constructing a stairwell to the outside, building out a large living area of approximately 2000sf which included a tv area, a kitchen, six bunk beds and a bathroom. In another area of the basement a gym was built. The job was a huge success. It looks tremendous and my family uses it daily. The workmanship was top notch and the owner Jeff Titus was very easy to work with. Any problem was dealt with immediately and solved.”

“We hired Melissa to remodel our 1950's closed off kitchen with the end goal of opening up the space, adding more seating, and providing ample storage. She provided us with multiple renderings and was able to discuss the pros/cons of each while keeping our budget in mind. Once we decided which layout worked best, she helped me shop and keep in mind the "whole picture" rather than just focusing on small details. Her ability to visualize the finished project was invaluable because she saved me both time and money! Once construction began, she worked closely with the builder and subs to monitor the project. Our project finished both on-time and on-budget because of her dedication to our project. Our new kitchen is truly the heart of our home. It's both functional and beautiful and that is in large part due to Melissa. I highly recommend her!”
