“I worked with Philip on the artist's studio project in his portfolio. I cannot say enough about his design esthetic, skill sets (which would probably fill a dictionary) and his ethics. So many times, an architect/designer will have a grand idea that will not live up to it's concept when completed. Philip's dedication to this space blew me away. He personally participated in a large portion of the construction and made sure that everything was up to his standards, which are very high. He does not like to spend his client's money freely and will find clever work arounds that are beautiful, but not costly. We even recycled a number of things. There were a few hiccups in the process and he even offered to cover those costs (I didn't accept). I love working in this space. He brought to reality, the perfect work space/think tank for me that I have always dreamed of. “Progressive Builders did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer and started 1 weeks after we left. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos, and phone calls when necessary and finished the job 2 week before we came back in the fall. They did an excellent, outstanding job and the punch list took less than 6 hours to complete. I will use them again for our next remodel project. Excellent, Excellent , Excellent!”
