In fact Phil did an excellent job for us in all aspects of the process! He walked with us from the initial planning stages through the overall design and on to build completion. He was involved in every step of the way and even went above and beyond attending a City of Charleston Review Board meeting with us for a certain zoning amendment we needed. Phil's attention to detail and excellent way of listening to our wants and needs let him create a home that works perfectly for both our peculiar lot size and maximized our lifestyle both inside and outdoors.
