“I have worked with Steve on multiple projects over the years in both New York and Nantucket MA. It is always a great experience working with him so I keep seeking him out for advice and assistance on whatever project I have. It started with an apartment renovation in NY based upon a recommendation from a seller who decided not to sell her apartment that I loved. He did a makeover on the apartment I later bought which had already been improved but not in my style. We added built-ins throughout, refinished floors, refaced cabinets, chose paint colors, and all furnishings in a style that felt uniquely my own. He had an excellent way of learning what I like and do not like and made the process for me very efficient because I almost always loved at least one of the options he presented to me for furnishings, curtains, carpets etc. Later we did a bathroom renovation which is a jewel box and very unique. A few years later he took a one day turn around trip with me to Nantucket to scope out my new beach house and came up with a very clever strategy for access to a second floor loft previously served by a ladder. This added tremendous utility to the space. He designed the new kitchen as well. He designed a brand new much expanded deck, and subsequently an outbuilding along the lines of a tiny house. I love working with Steve and hope to have more projects in future that we can work on together. Highly recommend!”

“I would highly recommend Neel. After interviewing a handful of Austin architects, yy husband and I hired Neel (out of WImberley, TX) to help us draw plans for a small bunkhouse (~1500 sq. ft) on some property we own in the Texas hill country. We wanted to use an ICF product for the house and Neel is very well versed in drawing plans using ICF (Insulated concrete forms). The product produces a home that is not only incredibly energy efficient, the walls are over 12" thick and give a fortress like feel within a small space. The house has blown us away. Neel took a small footprint and created a truly unique space that flows so well it feels twice as big as the plans indicate. The ceilings soar close to 20 feet and he has truly gone the extra mile to help source some beautiful timbers for us to use for the ceiling, beams and porches. His involvement throughout the whole project has helped us stay on schedule and budget. It is evident that he takes great pride in his work and sees our bunkhouse as a work of art (which it is). We are so pleased and will post pictures of the entire project soon.”

“We hired Ricardo to design our new house and were extraordinarily pleased with the floor plan he produced for our 2 acre lot. Our parameters included: a large open Greatroom/Kitchen/Breakfast area, Dining Room, Living Room, Office, Master Bedroom, and Bedroom #2 downstairs, and then upstairs Bedroom #3, Bedroom #4, and an Activity Room over the 3-car garage. Ricardo took great care to meet our room requirements while also superbly incorporating views of the back yard swimming pool area from the Greatroom, Breakfast nook, Living Room, and Master Bedroom windows. Additionally, he creatively designed a 2nd floor terrace exiting the Activity Room which took advantage of the long-distance western view.
