“It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Deb Rosenblum's architectural skills. When my husband and I purchased our Kailua home, it was in need of a complete renovation. We realized this would be a lengthy project of planning and implementing. Renovating an existing home is a daunting task due to limits imposed by our original structure and footprint of the home. We hoped to retain the charm and update the structure. Our dream was a home that allowed for family and friends to relax in comfort while enjoying our spectacular Kailua Beach. We interviewed several architects all with wonderful resumes. I expect all were qualified but only Deb radiated a sense of excitement and enthusiasm for our project from the moment she entered our home. Deb was eager to tackle every challenge and create the home we envisioned. She listened thoughtfully to our ideas and helped us to bring them to life. She had a fantastic working relationship with the building team and sub contractors. She also introduced talented experts to us who added custom details that set the house apart. She visited the site often and through weekly calls kept us updated on progress. She was persistent in permitting process and the details of construction. She is a force of positive energy! Our beautiful home is now completed and it is everything we had hoped it to be. Our children and grandchildren have already enjoyed many happy days in the space Deb created.
