“Victor "Dean" Sinco is an excellent architect and he has an excellent team of drafts-people at Entheos. He is both creative and practical. He comes up with ideas that look good but are also cost-effective. He knows how to make new construction match original construction. He is great at supervising the work and coming up with solutions on the spot for any problems. He has always responded to me in a timely way. He has done both large and small projects for me. For one large project, he designed a guest suite addition to my house that added a laundry, kitchen, and screened porch to an existing bedroom and bath. At the same time he designed a roof extension, a new laundry room plus a solar water heater room, and a complete renovation of two bathrooms, one of them handicap. A few years later, he turned a walk-in closet into a half-bath plus a smaller closet and turned garage storage into interior storage. Recently, he designed a fence, gate, and lanai for me. I will continue to use him for any future projects.”

We realized this would be a lengthy project of planning and implementing. Renovating an existing home is a daunting task due to limits imposed by our original structure and footprint of the home. We hoped to retain the charm and update the structure. Our dream was a home that allowed for family and friends to relax in comfort while enjoying our spectacular Kailua Beach. We interviewed several architects all with wonderful resumes. I expect all were qualified but only Deb radiated a sense of excitement and enthusiasm for our project from the moment she entered our home. Deb was eager to tackle every challenge and create the home we envisioned. She listened thoughtfully to our ideas and helped us to bring them to life. In the process of planning, Deb assisted us with computer aids which allowed us to virtually explore the spaces. I enjoy selecting interior finishes and Deb provided great sources from which we could select those materials. Her recommendations included state of the art materials that were durable and beautiful. When we completed the planning stage, we left the project in Deb's capable hands. In addition to designing our home Deb was our project manager. She had a fantastic working relationship with the building team and sub contractors. She also introduced talented experts to us who added custom details that set the house apart. She visited the site often and through weekly calls kept us updated on progress. She was persistent in permitting process and the details of construction. She is a force of positive energy! Our beautiful home is now completed and it is everything we had hoped it to be. Our children and grandchildren have already enjoyed many happy days in the space Deb created. I am thrilled to finally be living in our new home but enjoyed the process of working with Deb. The job is complete but she will remain a friend for life!”
