“We started off needing an architect to complete some routine as-built drawings for an inn we are renovating. We were amazed at how quickly and professionally Hiroko was able to complete this for us. During this project, we were struck by her vast understanding of code requirements and structural issues. She was also great for helping us understand the municipal process in NH. We also discovered she has an excellent design sense. When we were ready to tackle a barn renovation with 40x60 addition to be used as a wedding venue, we had no doubt we would like to work with Lindsey Architects again. She is great at listening to what we want, giving us sensible advice and putting a design together that really works. We have even collected some building materials in advance which she is willing to work with. A few months back, we purchased an entire wine room from a homeowner who was renovating his home.. Hiroko did a great job working it into the design. We also really appreciate the fact that she is conscious of the fact that we do have a budget!”

She had some wonderful ideas about how we could make it work. Ultimately, we decided to buy another house but are looking forward to working with her on my dream kitchen remodel once we get settled.
