Thomas A. House, AIA is the Principal and founder of THA Architects, LLC, and has more than 25 years of professional experience in the areas of design, planning, and construction. Tom has contributed to the design and production of new and renovated developments in a variety of contexts. These projects have been recognized for design quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, marketability, and contextual sensitivity. We offer a wide variety of a la carte architectural services encompassing Architecture, Planning, Consulting, and Interior Design. Additionally, Tom is often asked to participate in the evaluation of sites for potential future developments Tom oversees and is involved with the design, construction documents, and construction administration of every development. Tom has worked on projects up and down the Eastern seaboard, from Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York and into the New England states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
