Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“EV Archtects were great to work with. They came with range of great ideas on how to use our space and they helped us resolve any issue with cost effective solutions. The best part was the 3D visuals which helped us to make key decisions with confidence. We had three options for the location of the stairway down to the new basement. It was a clear choice when using the visuals and we knew the right decision had been made. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

“Build Team have just completed the design phase of my kitchen side return extension project and we have planning permission. I'm very happy with my final plans and the whole process. My designer was very professional, courteous and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the process, gave good advice and listened to my ideas and concerns.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

They liaised with planners, architects, building contractors, kitchen companies and advised on sourcing of materials and interior furnishings. The project took 1 year from conception to completion. The people at CH were creative, professional and importantly a pleasure to work with. I would and have recommended them successfully to friends.”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”
