Nate and Lida are fabulous to work with! They are so professional, calm and patient, listening to my every whim and change of idea during the planning process - the result- a dream space. Due to their expert ideas they was no need to extend, just reconfigure our existing space-genius! They remodelled our kitchen, hall and dining room to provide new connected spaces to cook, dine and relax with separate utility cupboards. During building they continued to offer help and support when queries arose. These splendid architects go above and beyond and we can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!

We met Nate and Lida from Superfusionlab a few months ago as they were highly recommended from 3 colleagues who have used them in different projects. Once we contacted Superfusionlab we had an immediate response from Nate and although our project is in Hertfordshire, that was not a problem for them. They came to our house a few times to get to know us and understand our style and what we would like to achieve in building our new home. Before long the plans were ready for review and they even managed to get a preplanning meeting with the council in less than a week. All the council concerned were addressed the following day and we are basically good to go. We felt that having two architects to discuss the project helped me and my wife to better understand what can work and what cannot be achieved and we are very grateful for the time, patience, professionalism and the friendly approach to whole projects.

Nate Kolbe is an excellent architect He did the plans for my large house to be converted into 5 flats and worked with me throughout as this was my first development project Although he only did the plans and arranged for the approval of these plans and was not involved in the project management , I ran into issues with the builder( after planning was granted )on certain aspects and he helped me resolve issues all throughout the construction He is so down to earth and friendly I would reccomend Nate and his team for his professionalism and timely work any day

We have worked with Lida and Nate from Superfusionlab on three different projects, in London and overseas, and they have been fantastic on each occassion. Great ideas and design, detailed and accurate plans, flexible and very friedly attitude. Creative and innovative ideas on optimising the space and maximising its utility. For difficult decisions they tirelesly prepared multiple 2D/3D renderings in order for us to be able to visualise the end result. Highly recommeded and looking forward to working with them again in the future.

They did an amazing job of designing our house renovations for loft and rear extensions, getting the planning application we desired, achieved the best combination of maximising size and incorporating well designed features. It also include well-thought lighting designs and electric plans which we very much appreciate the level of detail planning and vision. They also acted as our project manager where they a great job in checking the progress and communicating with builders/contractors throughout the project. Overall we are very happy with their service and we absolutely love the home they design for us, would highly recommend their service

Highly recommended. We used Superfusionlab to design and supervise the renovation of our house and kitchen extension. We enjoyed working with Nate, the architect and were very grateful to have him supervising the work of the contractors during lockdown. We had frequent meetings and he visited the site regularly. The fees were very reasonable and the quality of the work, excellent.

As part of our house renovation, we wanted to obtain some design ideas around kitchen and large rear extension, and approached Superfusionlab having heard glowing reviews about their approachability, professionalism and razor sharp eye for design The team made the process very easy for us, and Superfusionlab delivered on every level. Having worked with a number of different teams on our project, I can say, from experience, that Superfusionlab were second to none with regards to taking the time to understand what we were hoping to achieve from the project (which, I hadn't appreciated, involved a fair degree of soul searching!). They were outstanding when it came to the process of concept review and redevelop, providing us with a myriad of rendered images and CAD designs. This enabled us to visualise the different options available to us prior to committing time and money to any particular one. Superfusionlab were also able to provide some key pointers for how to oversee the build in order to get the best outcome for our project. Being a first time home developer, that was invaluable. We now have a stunning house and we couldn't be happier with the work that Superfusionlab carried out for us. If we ever do embark on another house renovation project, we would be delighted to work with Superfusionlab again!

I found Lida and Nate on Houzz and they were thoroughly professional and had my drawings done & submitted very promptly. They also acted as my agent with the council and kept me informed of any queries that needed to be addressed. This resulted in a positive outcome and I couldn't be happier. Their advice was always genuine, even before I signed a contract with them. They are knowledgeable about current planning and building regulations, everything worked out down to the smallest details. No question was too much or too trivial. I am happy and would definitely recommend the pair of them.

I worked with Superfusionlab as a photographer, photographing their architectural models. They were a joy to work with, paying attention to the smallest detail and explaining each project to get the best outcome in the photograph. The project outline was well planned and accurate and all communication was prompt.

I have worked with Superfusionlab since 2004 on many projects and have always been impressed with their ability to solve problems that occur during construction and have a 'can-do' attitude. They are friendly, professional,easy to work with and great designer. On a major project which was a 220 square metre flat with a contract value of £ 680,000 they were the architects and designers of the property and we were the contractor.They managed the contract throughout construction. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Superfusionlab Architects were incredibly helpful! From the onset, I spoke with Nate over the phone detailing the work/support i would need. He was not pushy or trying to convince me of why I should commission his company. Instead he spoke about what I should be focussing on, how he could be of assistamce me and gave me general tips. I explained I was in the middle of buying a property, but that I needed advice on whether it was worth buying with the budget i had (as the property was not in the best state). Nate understanding this, offered to visit the property with me. From here he managed my expectations and listed what the priority areas of the property were. This exceeded my budget and I realised that it was probably not the best decision to go ahead with the property. As a first time buyer it was a dream to have someone who was genuinely intrested in making sure i bought a home that was worthwile and good value for money. I was commissioned by Superfusionlab to photograph some of their early interior design projects while I was still living in the UK. This gave me a direct insight to how Superfusionlab work and think architecture. I was particularly impressed with a fit out of a private flat they did in Knightsbridge, that featured a cleverly sculptured ceiling geometry, efficiently integrated storage solutions plus a beautiful sense for space, materials and detailing. All the stuff that is a joy for an architectural photographer. Prior to each photo shoot Superfusionlab gave me a thorough briefing of the images in mind including all thoughts that had gone in to the design and the detailing, thus making my work much easier to plan and execute. Lida and Nate at Superfusionlab are very passionate and professional architects and therefore I give them my highest recommendations.

We can Highly recommend Superfusion, the creative suggestions and implementation all delivered on time. Nate and Leda really helped create a wonderful environment, helping on design layout, best use of floorspace, shelving, shopfront and many other details. Before we went to Superfuision Lab, we had lost 15% of the value of a residential property requiring top-to-bottom refurbishment, purely because we had trusted (and had over-paid) the wrong people to help us design the refurbishment. We were in a hole and we didn’t know how to get out of it. Then we went to Superfuision Lab for help. Within the first discussion, they proposed a new floor plan, which took full advantage of allowable development, leading to lucrative development options which our previous designer had said were impossible. Superfusion Lab’s design is enabling us not simply cut our losses or break-even (on very conservative projections), but quite likely, to make a profit! This is far beyond what we could have hoped for and we could not have done it without them. Nate and Lida at Superfusion Lab are foremost commercial - THEY WILL HELP YOU MAKE MONEY. Secondly, they are highly intelligent, knowledgeable and creative. Thirdly, they will neither compromise their integrity nor mislead you, but rather, they get to know you and come alongside you as a true partner in your project. As a final point, and this is not to be taken lightly, Nate and Lida are outstanding problem solvers - where others see only obstacles, Superfusion Lab finds a better way. We all need people like this on our side. I could not recommend them more highly.

We worked with Lida and Nate for the extension and complete refurbishment of our derelict house. They were fantastic and we were supported every step of the way, from the planning application through to completion. They helped us to realise our dream house with their professional advice, discussing the vision, while their attention to detail has been unparalleled, which was particularly noticeable when difficult decisions had to be made. And when it came to contractors, although we hired our own team, I was amazed by their professionalism, perseverance to maintain the vision, and interaction with some very difficult and uncooperative teams. The result is stunning and it would have been impossible to achieve it without them! We are particularly grateful to both Lida and Nate, I could not recommend them enough!

Superfusion were excellent! Their professionalism and work ethic is incredible, but the most impressive aspect of their work is their creativity and how this translates into a design solutions focused towards the benefit of their clients. In our case, they came up with the most brilliant ideas to make the most out of our very limited budget, the selection of materials in tandem with the design details gave a final result that was beyond what we imagined and looked as if we have spent 3 times more than we actually did. We are really looking forward to work with Superfusion for our next project, as we cannot wait to see what they can do with a much bigger budget.
