“Progressive Builders did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer and started 1 weeks after we left. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos, and phone calls when necessary and finished the job 2 week before we came back in the fall. They did an excellent, outstanding job and the punch list took less than 6 hours to complete. I will use them again for our next remodel project. Excellent, Excellent , Excellent!”

We provided our vision, and Alex, our architect, created not only what we envisioned but architectural features that enhanced and went beyond our vision. What is more, Alex exhibited extreme patience with the multitude of changes that we made to the plan. The 3D platform made it easy for us to see exactly where these changes needed to be made. We just received the final plans. They certainly exceeded our expectations. We are elated and cannot wait to build our dream home. “Lars did a complete remodel of our home including reengineering ceilings and floorplans. He was very active in the construction process and was on site on a regular basis making sure things were done correctly and to specifications. He is wonderful to work with and has a keen eye for detail that is rarely seen in the work ethic today. His ideas are very creative and he is obviously an extremely intelligent individual. We would highly recommend him for any residential work of any scale. This is the third time he has helped us with a residential modification. Incidentally, he also designed an office building for us approximately 10 years ago and that you went well. We would recommend him highly to anyone!”
