My name is Leslie, and I’ve spent over 20 years helping homeowners like you design the right new home project or create the right design for your new home addition. In those two decades, getting to know people by learning how each person interacts with their space has really help me understand what’s important to you and your family. Leslie has been great with answering all my questions and communicating timely. If anything, I am the one lagging on our project. He has had quick turnaround times and really took the time to explain our options in certain design choices and let give us insight we would not have had otherwise. Would highly recommend!

We worked with LGS to develop the plans and permitting documents we needed for our home expansion in Venice, FL. They were responsive and did good work. They were great at responding to our questions and we felt like we were working with a trustworthy group. We'd be glad to work with them again in the future.

I designed my own home in 2021 and needed a draftsman to take my design to permitting. After having no luck finding a reasonable or level headed draftsman, I got online and found Leslie. I first spoke on the phone about a year before working with him and he was very thorough and clear and understood what I wanted. In the fall of 2022 he began work on my permitting plans and by March 2023 I was breaking ground! I would recommend Leslie to anyone looking to build, remodel or otherwise needing design services. My husband has worked as a contractor for over 35-years so I naively believed we would be "the one" with a flawless experience but that has not been the case. In reality, there have been bumps and miscommunications where I did not expect it and Leslie got us through these periods. My house is still under construction but it is surreal to see it come to life - from a dream, to a plan, to something tangible thanks to Leslie. I would absolutely work with Leslie again!!!
