“Progressive Builders did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer and started 1 weeks after we left. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos, and phone calls when necessary and finished the job 2 week before we came back in the fall. They did an excellent, outstanding job and the punch list took less than 6 hours to complete. I will use them again for our next remodel project. Excellent, Excellent , Excellent!”

“Clive Daniel Home helped us design and furnish a complete home renovation project for us. The home was very gaudy French style with a bit of Tuscan mixed in. It had to go but the bones were good. Our designers were Michael and Thomas and they brought our new vision to life. Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. Everything arrived on schedule and we were very satisfied with our experience from start to finish. I also love shopping their showroom floor. It’s a gorgeous store and their hand made rug selection is to die for. We will be returning customers for every project on future homes from here on out.”

“Henry designed a home for us in Mediterra in 2007. We had such an amazing experience we decided to design and build another home with him. The words "this can't be done" do not come out of his mouth. If you want the best personalized service then Henry is your man! The attention to detail is amazing. Currently we are constructing a 9200 +/- home. He even worked very close with the pool architect to tie everything together. Contact me if you want a reference. A++”

“After interviewing several architects, we chose Simonson Design to create our dream home at Lake Texoma. We provided our vision, and Alex, our architect, created not only what we envisioned but architectural features that enhanced and went beyond our vision. What is more, Alex exhibited extreme patience with the multitude of changes that we made to the plan. The 3D platform made it easy for us to see exactly where these changes needed to be made. We just received the final plans. They certainly exceeded our expectations. We are elated and cannot wait to build our dream home.
