The design developed was unique, met our needs, and blended with the style of our home. We selected the construction branch of this group, ICON, to build our addition. Doug Chapman provided project management from start to finish. All contractors were professional, skilled, and easy with which to communicate. Day to day communication from Doug was thorough but not disruptive to our work days. Don continued to provided design input. The project was finished on time and within budget. We love, love, love our screened porch and covered patio. Would highly recommend both Chapman Design and ICON construction.”

He was very attentive to our wants in this project as well as how and why he did certain things as far as layout and design. He thought of things that we never would have known or done. Once the plans were finalized, he helped us interview 3 different contractors and gave us the pros and cons on each which helped us decide who we wanted to build our home. We met weekly throughout the building process with Mr. Stone and the contractor. He handled any discrepancies with the project and he dealt directly with the contractor. This took a lot of pressure off of us to do things we were not sure about with the contractor. He had the expertise and knowledge to make relevant decisions throughout the project.
