“When we first starting thinking about designing our home, on our lot with a large oak tree on Daniel Island, we knew that we wanted one that looked like it had historical significance. A house with that true southern coastal feel - Phil Clarke nailed it. In fact Phil did an excellent job for us in all aspects of the process! He walked with us from the initial planning stages through the overall design and on to build completion. He was involved in every step of the way and even went above and beyond attending a City of Charleston Review Board meeting with us for a certain zoning amendment we needed. Phil's attention to detail and excellent way of listening to our wants and needs let him create a home that works perfectly for both our peculiar lot size and maximized our lifestyle both inside and outdoors. We would recommend that anyone who is looking for a beautifully designed historical southern coastal home to use Phil and his team!”

We were looking for new house plans that would fit our energy star criteria, size of home, and give us a new look. Rachel gave us several different options. One we have already used the past couple years and another that we are starting next month. We have really enjoy working with her company and the fact that she is always available and keeps us informed on the progress of our projects. “We hired Steve Herlong and his staff to design our first custom home 12 years ago and to renovate our 1950's beach house 6 years ago. In both cases it was a fantastic experience. Steve has such an amazing eye for details, he HEARS what you want and creates a masterpiece with those ideas. His interiors team made our old beach house feel NEW again, but selected colors, cabinetry and fixtures to compliment the style we loved! We could not have created either of these amazing homes without the help of such a talented staff!”
