“Jim did a great job walking us through the design process and then executed as promised. We had preliminary sketches to review within a week and had preliminary CAD drawings shortly after. Jim also took care of the drawing reviews and permitting process with the city. When he was done all we had to do was select a contractor and we were on our way. We highly recommend using Jim. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to create a layout that would suit our growing families needs while working within our budget. We have completed phase one which entailed knocking out our existing fire place that divided our kitchen and family room.
