Design, permitting and construction administration was handled by Hsu McCullough while Jesse and his team built the 2,900 sq. ft house.
We are currently working through the punch-list so the house is completed to our high standards.
There certainly were some mistakes made by the contractor - please see Peter’s closeup shots of stone and woodwork that were rejected by Hsu McCullough.
In this case, subcontractors were removed from the project while the stone and woodwork was removed and replaced by the contractor.
For our approach, Hsu McCullough has committed 56 site visits during the last 12 months.
Of course this is on top of the time to produce construction documents, permit sets and the various communication through emails, texts and phone calls with the homeowners and the contractor to ensure all details of the house were attended to while achieving a beautiful home.
We are sharing some photos from recent punch-list walks, etc. of the home.
