“Mark was recommended to us by a local contractor, and he turned out to be great throughout the entire process. He did conceptual drawings and then the full set of plans for a major remodel on our Spanish revival home in 2009. We had alot of our own ideas and he respected them, all the while adding his own input and rolling it all together into a stunning final result. Most of the work centered around a kitchen remodel and adding a covered back porch and entry from the driveway. There was also a bath room laundry room, office area and dining room with a fireplace. He was very pleasant to work with (easy going, nice guy, etc) which helps enormously when you're trying to get the mental images of what you want on to paper. One thing still stands out is that his plans were so thorough and full of so many details. Very impressive work, and our project wasn't easy.”

“I feel so fortunate to have met Sarah Lee when I initially walked into Guchi Interior Design. She has a solid background in design and is very experienced. She listened to my quirky ideas and my tendency to love bling. The results were master and guest bathrooms which would be described as timeless classic with some sparkle. She added new products which we love and took my request for an under the counter hair dryer/curling iron holder in stride. Sarah coordinated my idea with Guchi Interior’s master craftsman and I LOVE IT!!!! She was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We have signed on for a kitchen remodel and cannot wait to see the finished product!”

We searched for a Designer that had a deeper knowledge of Green Building design when we found Geoff Williams with California Home Designs. It was a plus when we learned that he had some experience with designing with SIPs. We've been building a relationship with Geoff over the past year where he helped us complete a design in progress and met with a new client for a Design/Build project coming up. His knowledge of Design and Architecture came through to our clients. He demonstrated to us his creativity and innovative approach to his designs. Geoff Williams has been a pleasure to work with. “Knutson Architecture provided us with plans for a complete renovation/addition on a 1915 home in Sacramento. They were professional, easy to work with, and communicated with us every step of the way. We ran into some structural problems along the way, and Eric Knutson took care of hiring a structural engineer for us so that we did not lose too much time with new plans, changes, etc. He helped us stay on budget and on track in regards to all the renovations and changes needed. I would highly recommend Knutson Architecture for any job needed...big or small. It was a complete pleasure working with them!”
